There is one God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is good and worthy of our obedience. He is better than we think, so we change the way we think.
Jesus is the Son of God and the hope of the world. Born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and revealed the Father’s heart to us. His death and resurrection are the foundation of our salvation.
The Holy Spirit is not the junior member of the Trinity; He is fully God. He equips believers with gifts that benefit the church and our world. He indwells believers at salvation. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is a gift available to believers that happens at or after salvation.
The Bible is God’s inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word. If it says it, we believe it — and we do it.
The Church is not a place — it’s a family. When we gather in worship and prayer, Heaven touches earth. We encounter God, throw prodigal parties, and live face-to-face with the Father.
All people are born spiritually lost. Jesus: the Son of God became the Son of Man and made a way for us to become the sons of God.
The cross settled it all. Jesus redeemed us from Satan’s grip — sin, lies, sickness, and torment. We partner with Jesus to advance the Kingdom, destroy the works of the enemy, preach the gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons. On earth as it is in Heaven.
Baptism is an outward expression of the internal work of Jesus. We believe in full immersion as modeled in Scripture.
Heaven and Hell are real. Every person will exist forever either separated from God by sin or united with Him through faith. Eternal life in Heaven is found only in Jesus.
The cross brought healing — spiritual, emotional, and physical. We don't flinch at mystery when healing doesn’t come; we still lay hands on the sick with full faith in the Father’s heart to heal, as seen in Jesus’ life.
The Well is a place where the forgotten, shamed, and empty encounter Jesus.
The Well is a church where the hurting encounter a space that overflows with the love, laughter, grace, and truth of Jesus. We are all the woman at the well: Messy. Empty. Rejected and Shamed. In desperate need of the One who is waiting for us at the well. And once we receive what only He can give, we can’t resist running to bring others to meet him at The Well.
Jesus is the hope of the world. He fulfills all God’s promises and embodies His character. We submit to Jesus as our leader, mentor, and king who makes us more like Him as we grow to love Him more.
Every person is deeply loved by God. Because people matter to God, we care about the whole person: physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
We are deeply grateful for who God is, what He’s done, and what He promises to do. We want to express that gratitude by living to please God in everything we do.
God created us to experience life with Him and with each other. We choose to share the good, the bad, and the ugly of life together, knowing that people will see God when they see our love for one another.
Our relationship with God is built on trust. No matter what life throws at us, we don’t have to rely on ourselves or worry about tomorrow. At the end of the day, we choose to obey God and enjoy Him.
Everything we have has been given to us by God and belongs to him. We make it a point to share with others what God has so generously entrusted to us.
God gives each of us abilities that we can use to serve Him by serving people. We look for opportunities where we can use our gifts for the good of others and experience the joy that comes with it.
The Bible reveals who God is and who we are. It describes our purpose and our destiny. We read and engage Scripture to understand God’s will so that we can partner with Him to accomplish it.
We are a group of individuals who love God, pray together, laugh together, and strive to be in tune with the vision God has for the church.
